These terms govern your use of Potato PDF. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

Potato PDF operates this website and the tools on it (the “Services”). “We” means Potato PDF; “you” means the person or organisation using the Services.

These terms apply to every visitor, registered user and Premium subscriber. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the Services.

Using the Services

You may use the tools to process your own files and content. You must have the right to upload anything you submit, and you should review the output before relying on it.

No modification

Don’t copy, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Services, except where the law allows it.

Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your login confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Conduct

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. We process them only to deliver the tool you requested and don’t use them for anything else, including AI training.

Fees and billing

The tools are free. An optional Premium plan may be offered; prices, billing and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.

Intellectual property

The Potato PDF name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t transfer any of it to you beyond the licence above.

Support

Support is best-effort through our contact page.

Fraud

Using the Services to create forged or fraudulent documents or to commit identity or financial fraud is prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove tools at any time and don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Links and advertising

We may link to third-party sites and show clearly marked advertising. We aren’t responsible for third-party content.

Attacks

Don’t introduce viruses or attempt to hack or disrupt the Services; this may be reported to law enforcement.

Events beyond our control

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new terms.
