Our story

Potato PDF started with a simple idea: the small jobs we all do every day — compressing a PDF, resizing a photo, counting words, formatting JSON — should be fast, free and easy from any device.

We build a growing collection of tools for PDFs, images, text, developers, marketing and everyday life. Many run entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your device; the rest are processed on our server and deleted within 24 hours.
